Reporting to the Director of Global Technical Support, the Technical Support Specialist will provide WinMagic customers in the EMEA region with an exceptional level of customer service in order to ensure all product support/technical incidents are handled in a timely manner and to the customer’s complete satisfaction. In additional to having a strong desire to excel in customer relations, the successful incumbent must possess effective communication skills, exceptional technical acumen and innovative troubleshooting to help resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- The incumbent is responsible for first and second level support by helping to identify and resolve customer issues in a professional and in a timely manner (in accordance with published response times) through effective telephone or e-mail communication.
